Jakarta, September 26, 2022 – In order to support the achievement of the target of quality education in the fourth point of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's), PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) a subsidiary of PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) Holds a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program “Petrofin Goes To School " This CSR activity was carried out on Friday, September 23, 2022 at SDN Example Maumere, which is located on Jalan Ahmad Yani Wairotang, East Alok, Sikka, East Nusa Tenggara.

This activity was carried out on the sidelines of a visit from the Management Walkthrough (MWT) of the Director of Administration & Finance of PT Elnusa Petrofin, Mrs. Hanny Retno Hapsari with the management at Elnusa Petrofin, Pertamina Maumere Fuel Terminal unit.

Being part of one of the pillars of Petrofin Peduli, namely Petrofin Pintar, the "Petrofin Goes To School" activity presents inspirational classes and professional classes that are brought directly by officers and Pertiwi (as employees in the Pertamina Group) and tank car crews (AMT) who are members of Petrofin Peduli. in the Elnusa Petrofin volunteer team. In addition, Elnusa Petrofin also provides assistance in the form of stationery and school repair assistance funds which are expected to be able to support teaching and learning activities at SDN Example Maumere

In her speech, Hanny Retno Hapsari stated that "This Petrofin Goes To School activity is a form of the company's contribution to the world of education and also as one of the efforts to achieve the target of quality education which is a point in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's). In addition, we would like to provide an introduction to the children of SDN Example Maumere about Elnusa Petrofin's activities as well as an inspiration so that children have an idea of ​​what they will become in the future," said Hanny.

Hanny added that the Petrofin Goes To School activity was an annual routine activity that had been delayed for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. And this year this activity was held at the Elnusa Petrofin operational area school, Pertamina Maumere Fuel Terminal unit.

The activity, which was attended by 117 students, started with dancing together in the school yard and then divided into four classes. Each class brings material related to the applicable curriculum and material on traffic safety such as how to pass each other or be in a tank car while on the road. Also about operational travel and knowledge of fuel transportation in the Maumere area

The principal of SDN Example Maumere, Mrs. Maria Elisabeth Alce, S.Pd.SD, expressed her gratitude to Elnusa Petrofin.
