Successfully Implementing Office K3 at the National Level, Elnusa Won the Mitra Bakti Husada Award

Jakarta, November 17, 2022 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) A leading energy services company won the Mitra Bakti Husada K3 Office National Level Office Category for National Ministries/BUMN/Private Offices, on (17/11), at The Westin, Jakarta South. The Mitra Bhakti Husada award was held by the Directorate General of Public Health, Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) of the Republic of Indonesia in commemoration of the 58th National Health Day in 2022.

In the 2022 Mitra Bakti Husada Award assessment, Elnusa, which is incorporated in Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, was successfully named an office that has implemented Occupational Safety and Health (K3) according to the criteria and results of the assessment. The assessment process has gone through several stages and has been going on for several months.

The achievement of this award is clear evidence of collaboration within the Elnusa Group, starting from the support of the Elnusa Board of Directors (BoD), the Property Management Division & General Services and the Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE) and all employees, so that they can produce achievements and implementation as a whole in every program K3 which is carried out mainly in the implementation of K3 offices at Graha Elnusa.

HR & General Director Tenny Elfrida, said this acquisition was the result of Elnusa's hard work in carrying out ideal OHS. Occupational Health and Safety is the main thing in carrying out every business activity. Elnusa as an energy service company prioritizes a K3 culture not only in operating areas but also in offices.

Tenny explained the application of K3 in the Elnusa office environment was carried out starting from policies based on predetermined matters and policies made at certain times according to conditions, work safety such as providing and checking periodically light fire extinguishers, occupational health by maintaining the surrounding environment such as maintaining cleanliness and clean air, ergonomics such as arranging the layout of workers' positions and implementing good health protocols during a pandemic. Not only that, the regulation of working hours, protection from occupational hazards and the use of work tools are also carried out according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and standards regulated in the management system.

"By protecting the safety and health of workers, we believe this can support and create optimal work productivity. In addition, it can also prevent accidents and occupational diseases and can control hazards in the workplace. So that a strong HSSE Culture becomes our foundation in carrying out operations in every job. In addition, we also continue to strive to uphold HSSE values ​​and always apply the Elnusa Golden Rules, namely Compliance, Intervention and Care." Tenny said.
