Jakarta, December 21, 2022 - Elnusa Leader's Sharing & Action (ELSA) as a program at PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) in sharing knowledge and experience with students at various tertiary institutions is back being held. By presenting leaders at Elnusa, ELSA is expected to provide added value to the academic community and of course to Elnusa. This time ELSA is collaborating with the University of Riau (UNRI) to hold an event that is carried out in a hybrid and hands-on manner at Siak Sri Indrapura Room 4th Floor, Riau University Rectorate Building, Pekanbaru, on (17/11/2022) with the theme "Engineering & Project Management Implementation in Oil and Gas Project”.

The event was attended by 141 participants consisting of Elnusa students and workers. Also present was the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Azridjal Aziz, ST, MT, IPU, Administrative Coordinator Bakhtiar, S.Sos, Msi, Sub. Coordinator for Student Affairs, cooperation and alumni Yendralita Sanra, S.Si, sources from Elnusa, namely Project Manager EPC & Operation Maintenance Herliansyah and CSR & Sponsorship Specialist Elnusa Indah Andini.

Dekan of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Azridjal Aziz, ST, MT, IPU opened the Elnusa Leader's Sharing & Action program by thanking Elnusa as a corporation for its presence at the University of Riau. "The ELSA program is in line with the Government's program, namely the Merdeka Campus which is part of the Freedom to Learn policy by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia to provide technical training to students in getting to know the world of work as preparation for future careers." Azridal said.

The same thing was also conveyed by CSR & Sponsorship Specialist Elnusa Indah Andini, as the company representative explaining the company profile, the company's vision and mission to the application of the AKHLAK (Amanah Kompeten Harmonies Loyal Adaptive Collaborative) values ​​as the provision to students in preparation for maturing themselves before entering a career path at working world.

The material presented was delivered by the EPC & Operation Maintenance Project Manager Herliansyah with the theme "Engineering & Project Management Implementation in Oil and Gas Project". This material explains Elnusa's business processes, especially in Engineering Procurement Construction & Operation Maintenance (EPC & OM) at Elnusa, by explaining the implementation and management of the Oil and Gas Project. The material presented aroused the curiosity of the participants so there were lots of questions about the enthusiasm of the students present.

The ELSA activity carried out at the University of Riau is a series of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs that has been initiated since the end of 2020. The ELSA program is expected to provide good benefits for the University and in particular to open opportunities for students to be able to do practical work at Elnusa and will be an opportunity for comprehensive student career development to prepare the best generation of Indonesia in the future.
