Jakarta, 4 October, 2021 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), won the award as "A Resilient and Transformative Company in Supporting Energy Businesses during the Pandemic" at 'GATRA Energy Appreciation (GAE) 2021'. This event was held virtually by GATRA Media Group and President Director of Elnusa – Ali Mundakir was present to receive the award in person (30/9).
Elnusa as a company that has been operating for 52 years to support the exploration and production of Indonesian oil and gas is considered consistently and resiliently able to transform and various innovations in the midst of a pandemic. This was able to lead Elnusa to receive this award.
Although triple shock has giving the effect to the company's sustainability, namely the decline in world oil prices that impacted on the decline in KKKS oil and gas activity, the decrease in national fuel consumption due to the covid-19 pandemic, and fluctuations in the rupiah exchange rate. Nevertheless, Elnusa with the advantages of a complementary business portfolio from upstream oil and gas services to downstream oil and gas services can still survive and produce positive performance.
