Jakarta, August 2, 2022 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a leading energy service provider, won four five-star award categories at the Human Capital on Resilience Award 2022 held at the El Royale Hotel Bandung on Friday (29/07). Four awards received by Elnusa include The Best Organization Structure, The Best Excellence in Workforce Flexibility & Mobility, The Most Resilience Company 2022, and The Best Leadership Development Focus on HC which were received by the Director of HR & General Affairs of Elnusa Tenny Elfrida. The achievement was the result of Elnusa's Human Capital's commitment to change in the face of dynamic management and a dynamic business environment. 

This award was obtained through a judging process by academics, a research process, and also positive discussions with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, IT experts, and financial experts. The assessment process was carried out based on several judging criteria, namely the sharpness of HR strategic plans, digital transformation in HC development, improvement of HR skills and competencies in dealing with crises, competency modeling, and Business Survival in an effort to build business resilience.  

Director of Human Resources & General Affairs of Elnusa, Tenny Elfrida, expressed her gratitude for the appreciation given, with this achievement we will continue to uphold consistency and maintain achievements as well as improve innovation adaptively according to current and future developments.
