Jakarta, 11 January 2023, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) started 2023 with a Town Hall Meeting held in a hybrid manner directly from Graha Elnusa, Jakarta. The event with the theme "New Journey for Excellence" was greeted enthusiastically by all Elnusa Group Officers with a total attendance of 380 Elnusa Group Officers who attended offline and 199 Officers online. The event reflected harmonization through the presence of the Company's management including Elnusa's Board of Commissioners, Main Commissioner Agus Prabowo, Independent Commissioner Hernawan Bekti Sasongko, Independent Commissioner Lusiaga Levi Susila, all Elnusa's Board of Directors including President Director John Hisar Simamora, Director of Finance Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja Director of Operations, Charles Harianto Lumbantobing, Director of Business Development Ratih Esti Prihatini, Director of HR & General Affairs Tenny Elfrida as well as Management and All Directors of Elnusa Subsidiaries.

The event began with greeting officer representatives from the location area in Mundu as well as Balikpapan and continued with strategic directions as well as a presentation on Elnusa's achievements in 2022 by Elnusa's Main Director John Hisar Simamora.

Elnusa President Director John Hisar Simamora stated that 2022 would be a good year for Elnusa. This is in line with the Company's positive performance achievements and the various appreciations that Elnusa has achieved throughout 2022 from Pertamina Group and external, and this is certainly the highest achievement for the Company.

"Elnusa's health level as a company had declined and this decline occurred in 2021 with an 'unhealthy' status, but for various improvement efforts made by the Company, now we have returned to 'AA' (healthy) status. In addition, as a services company there is one proud achievement, namely more than 150 million safe man hours accumulated from December 2018 to December 2022 with zero fatality & without lost time injury from the last 4 years, and this is a major achievement for the Company our beloved”. he said.

After this directive, the other four Directors also explained the strategic programs in each Directorate so that all Elnusa Officers would know.

In line with John, Elnusa Main Commissioner Agus Prabowo is also pleased with Elnusa's high achievements. Agus advised all Elnusa officers, "Trust is the best policy, and transparency is a new kind of power. The transparency aspect is very important, Elnusa as a Tbk company must comply with OJK, and on the one hand, must comply with Pertamina and also PHE as the controlling shareholder. How can we do well on both sides with transparency as the key.” Close Agus.

After directives and presentations, as a form of commitment in each division as well as subsidiaries to the efficiency program in 2023, all Vice Presidents in each Directorate, as well as Directors of Subsidiaries, jointly signed the efficiency program which was witnessed directly by the Directors.

Welcoming 2023, all Elnusa officers agree that they will continue to move forward with new energy as a joint commitment and make 2023 a new journey for all officers towards excellence to continue to be adaptive in accelerating more efficient and profitable business processes to achieve even better company targets.
