MWT in Sea Haven 7 Barge ETSA

Jakarta, December 30 2021 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) has completed Management Walkthrough (MWT) in 2021. As a closing event at the end of the year, the MWT held virtually at Barge Sea Haven 7 (SH7) PT Elnusa Trans Samudera (ETSA) (22/12). This MWT aims to ensure and remind all employees to implement HSSE in the operating environment in accordance with established procedures.

This MWT activity was attended by Tenny Elfrida as Director of Human Resources & General Affairs concurrently Finance Director of Elnusa as well as President Commissioner of ETSA, Ganang Soegiyarso as Chief of Internal Audit, Agung Wahidin as VP of Human Capital, Eddy Hariyadie as General Manager of Well Services, Asmal Salam as Elnusa Chief of Legal & Compliance, Didik Purwanto as Director of ETSA, Adi Wiseno as Company Man of PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) and all ETSA Management and Staff.

The Sea Haven 7 Accomodation Work Barge (AWB) is an Indonesian flag Work Barge made in 2010 that is used by ETSA for the "AWB Services for Well Intervention (Swamp)" work contract at Pertamina Hulu Mahakam starting from 1 December 2019 to 30 November 2022, SH7 operates in the Delta Mahakam working area to support the work of Well Intervention, namely Coiled Tubing and Combo Units (Slickline, E-Line). Personnel on Board (POB) working as many as 62 workers consisting of PHM Personnel, Elnusa Combo Crew unit, Baker CTU Crew, ETSA Reps and Roylea Marine Crew.

Didik in his speech said that by holding this MWT, we can guarantee the quality of SH7 according to the standards set by the Elnusa Group. With good management, SH7 has received the 'Perfect Day Award' from PHM for being able to fulfill the achievement of HSSE excellence, "Hopefully the POBs in SH7 can maintain their performance well according to the standards of the Elnusa Group and Pertamina Group." he said.

Tenny said that even though the HSSE Performance SH7 had zero accidents, one thing that must remember the HSE Golden Rules, which are obedience, intervention and care. “Although it sounds simple, in practice it is not easy. We must really understand what must be obeyed and when it is time for us to obey. Dare to intervene for mutual safety between colleague and increase awareness to avoid dangerous situations.” he said.
