Improving Employee HSSE Competence, Elnusa Holds First Online Sharing Session in 2023

Jakarta, 26 January 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA), a Leading Energy Services Company that Provides Total Solutions, incorporated in Subholding Upstream Pertamina, continues to strive to increase HSSE awareness of Elnusa Group employees through online sharing sessions in this inaugural edition in 2023. on Tuesday (24/01). This activity was carried out within the framework of the 2023 National K3 month with the theme "CSMS Implementation in the Indonesian Oil and Gas Business". This inaugural edition of the Online Sharing session presented resource person Sr. Occupational Safety Analyst Edwin Romadona from PT Pertamina Hulu Energi. The enthusiasm for the event was reflected in the presence of a total of 495 Elnusa Group Officers during the event.

Vice President of HSSE Elnusa Ramon Arias Pili said "The theme chosen at this first online sharing session opportunity is good, interesting, and related to Elnusa Group Officers because CSMS is one of the barriers that we must do to ensure an activity can achieve its goals, namely preventing accidents. Of course, this is also in balance because at work, Elnusa provides services to clients and we want to ensure that the vendors or partners we work with have good safety management aspects and are in line with Elnusa. So that we can ensure they work with the same level of understanding and engagement with workers as Elnusa, which in the end we can ensure that the work we do from start to finish is safe and secure." Said Ramon.

In that sharing session was explained how important CSMS implementation at Elnusa was understood by all related functions. Through this activity it is also hoped that CSMS at Elnusa can be carried out in full one cycle, providing understanding, building engagement, and increasing collaboration in implementing CSMS that must also be carried out by all parties, both from the HSSE function, SCM, Operations and also related partners.
