Jakarta, July 8, 2022 - In order to improve employee competence, the Elnusa Group Human Capital Division held a Human Capital Sharing Session Forum through Friday Talks. The activity, which was attended by all workers in the Human Capital Group Division, discussed all aspects of human resource management which included employee knowledge assets, business processes, product knowledge of Elnusa, and discussed lessons learned from past experiences.

Elnusa's VP of Human Capital, Agung Wahidin Wibisana, who opened the event said, “Friday Talks will be held regularly every week on Friday. This activity was attended by all Elnusa Group Human Capital employees including the Quality Management Function in it.”  said Agung.

“Through these Friday Talks, participating workers will get a top up of study hours and it is hoped that this will be a milestone in increasing their knowledge and skill competencies which will ultimately improve their performance.
