Enhance Collaboration for Higher Performance, Elnusa Announces New Organizational Structure

Jakarta, June 22, 2022 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA) A Leading Energy Services Company That Provides Total Solutions has held an Announcement of Organizational Structure and Inauguration of Elnusa Management at Graha Elnusa, Executive Room, 17th Floor (20/6). The event, which was held on a hybrid basis, was attended by the Directors of Elnusa, the Directors of Subsidiaries, and the Management of Elnusa.

Changes in Organizational Structure are carried out as a step to respond to changes, answer challenges, foster collaboration to increase productivity and in the end the Company's goals are achieved. In this event, the inauguration of Elnusa Management was also held which occupies and is responsible for functions in the new organization with a commitment to upholding integrity, quality, and HSSE in carrying out work activities. Briefly, the change of organization is reflected in the number of formations under the Board of Directors from 20 functions to 15 functions.

Preparations for the preparation of Elnusa's new Organizational Structure have started since December 2021 by conducting studies, discussions, and benchmarks for Upstream Subholdings, especially in the Human Capital function. With the hope that the new Organizational Structure can become a leaner Organizational Structure, increase efficiency, productivity and service excellence, and align with the Upstream Subholding Organizational Structure as a parent company.

President Director of Elnusa, John Hisar Simamora gave directions in his remarks. "Thank you to the entire team for working hard together to prepare for this change. This change in organizational structure is one of the efforts to improve internally, to adapt to various external challenges, and achieve even exceed the targets that have been set. Organizational Structure Change is not the first and last step. It is necessary to adjust the Organizational Structure of each function, system changes, and also other changes that we need to make and support together as ONE ELNUSA until the end of 2022". John said.

On the same occasion, Human Capital Policy, Procedure & System, Abdul Karim M. Maro explained the changes in the new Organizational Structure and continued with the Inauguration of Elnusa's Management Position and the signing of the Elnusa QHSSE Management Integrity &Commitment Pact guided by SM of Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP), Ina Marvitasari.

Organizational Structure Change is one of the programs of change management with the theme SATU ELNUSA "Change & Collaboration To Exceed The Target", which is also part of the internalization program of AKHLAK core values, especially Competent, Adaptive, and Collaborative values. The phrase "SATU ELNUSA" means that all entities within Elnusa are ONE unit, have strong ties, need each other, and absolutely must synergize. The word "CHANGE".
