ELSA : Welcoming Indonesia Gold 2045 with Character Development KIAT

Jakarta, September 29, 2021 - Education is one of the provisions that determine the future and progress of the nation. To achieve this goal, of course, it cannot be separated from the contribution of the nation's best youth who actively participate in building this country. Participation in efforts to advance the nation's education is wrapped in the CSR program in the education sector of PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) through Elnusa Leader Sharing & Action (ELSA). Elnusa through ELSA is actively present in virtual spaces to various universities in Indonesia from August 2021 to December at the end of this year.

On this occasion, ELSA collaborates with Universitas Brawijaya (UB) and raises a very inspiring theme, namely "Welcoming Indonesia Gold 2045 with KIAT" with the President Director of Elnusa, Ali Mundakir. The event was attended by 1025 participants from students and the general public. The attendance of participants this time was the highest of the six previous ELSA events.

Vice Dean III UB, Dr. eng. Denny Widhiyanuriyawan, ST., MT. at the opening of the event expressed his gratitude and welcomed the collaboration carried out with Elnusa through this program. "I hope that this event will increase the spread of insight in the UB Faculty of Engineering and the readiness of new students to face the fast-paced and agile digital 4.0 era. Another pride is that the presenter is one of the top alumni of UB who plays a role in nation building". he said.

Ali Mundakir, President Director of Elnusa as well as alumni in his sharing conveyed how to develop character to welcome the golden Indonesia 2045 with KIAT. KIAT is an abbreviation of Knowledge, Integrity, Attitude, Teamwork. “Entering the university gate must be utilized with character building in the development of the nation and state. Character will increase the personal market value of each individual to become a potential human capital asset. With the input of information, opportunities, and challenges that are processed by KIAT, they will have useful outputs and exceed expectations," said Ali in his presentation.

After the presentation session, the moderator opened a space for students who wanted to ask questions and discuss directly with the presenters. Through ELSA, it is hoped that Elnusa will actively support the acceleration of the growth of superior human resources (HR) needed by the nation by ensuring the quality of inclusive and equitable education.
