Jakarta, 08 March 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), an energy services company with core competencies in upstream oil and gas services, energy distribution and logistics services, as well as supporting services which are members of Pertamina Upstream Subholding, again won an award in the category "Mandatory Compliance with Utilization The Best Tax Facilities in 2022” from the Directorate General of Taxes. The award was handed over directly by the Head of the Big Three Taxpayer KPP, Rosmauli to Elnusa's Director of Finance, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja at the Big Three Taxpayer KPP Tax Gathering event which was held on Tuesday (14 February 2023).

The Tax Gathering event was also attended by Head of Regional Office of DJP Large Taxpayer Arif Yanuar, Assistant Deputy for Oil and Gas Energy Industry Abdi Mustakim, Special Staff of the Minister of Finance for Strategic Communication Sector Yustinus Prabowo and Head of KPP Large Taxpayer Tiga Rosmauli, as well as representatives from Taxpayers which is registered in the Big Three Taxpayer KPP.

Elnusa's Director of Finance, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja welcomed the award given to Elnusa. "Representing Elnusa's management, we thank you for the support of the Big Three Taxpayer KPP which actively continues to communicate, collaborate, and cooperate with professionals, so that each of Elnusa's tax obligations and rights can be fulfilled," said Bachtiar.

Bachtiar added that we interpret this award as a spark of enthusiasm to further improve tax compliance in supporting government work programs and increasing client confidence. "The achievement of this award is clear evidence of Elnusa's commitment to always obey and comply with tax obligations and actively encourage the application of tax regulations within the company," concluded Bachtiar.
