Jakarta - May 19, 2023, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA) and the Sumenep Regency Government signed a Joint Agreement regarding PT Elnusa Tbk's Potential Land Use which is located in Sukajeruk Village, Masalembu District, Sumenep Regency, East Java Province. The signing was carried out at Graha Elnusa, Jakarta on May 17 2023. The signing of this agreement was carried out by the Regent of Sumenep Ahmad Fauzi and Elnusa Main Director John Hisar Simamora.

The object of this joint agreement is land use which in this case is Elnusa as the owner of the land located in Sukajeruk Village, Masalembu District, Sumenep Regency, East Java Province, which will be used for the construction and development of the water strip which will be managed by the Sumenep Regency Government. Of course, this agreement will open up the potential for mutually beneficial business cooperation between the two parties.

Sumenep Regent Ahmad Fauzi in his speech said "We are doing this Land Utilization Agreement for the needs of the Masalembu community where there are indeed several urgent things that we need to develop related to the water strip to support the community's needs. Thank you to PT Elnusa Tbk for the good communication so far.”

President Director of Elnusa John Hisar Simamora on the occasion said "We have started this collaboration well, I hope that in the future it will bring goodness to both parties and we can also carry out our duties as a BUMN for the welfare of the community this time together with the Sumenep Regency Government.
