Jakarta, 22 February 2023 - PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN), a subsidiary of PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), again dispatched 85 Tank Car Crews (AMT) and outstanding workers after three years of delay due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This worship trip reward was held in a hybrid manner in the Udaya room, Graha Elnusa, EPN Head Office, on Wednesday, 22 February 2023.

Giving rewards for this pilgrimage trip is a departure for the Tank Car Crew (AMT) and outstanding workers for the 2021 period. Eighty-five people are sent to worship based on their beliefs, where 68 go on pilgrimage to Mecca and Madina for adherents of Islam, 13 depart for worship to Jerusalem for adherents of Christianity, and 4 people depart for worship to India for adherents of Hinduism.

In his remarks, Aditya Budi Prabowo as, the Main Director of EPN, who was present directly to release the workers for the pilgrimage, stated that "Since being initiated in 2015, EPN has dispatched approximately 291 workers and this year we are dispatching 85 of the best EPN workers from various locations and job position. We hope that the journey of worship will run smoothly and with blessings. It is also a form of employee appreciation program to increase work productivity and provide reinforcement of employee loyalty within the EPN environment as well as a concrete form of work life balance for employees," said Adit.

One of the recipients of the Umrah pilgrimage reward, Adi Wibowo, a partner of the Banjarmasin Fuel Terminal Unit Car Tank Crew (AMT) worker, expressed his deepest gratitude to EPN management. The man, who has been working since 2007, stated, "This Umrah pilgrimage is one of the biggest awards I have received. Thank God, EPN companies can give us rewards consistently from year to year. This reward is also an encouragement for us and a driving force for other tanker crew members to continue to work well," said Adi Wibowo.

This worship trip is one of the rewards from the company given to EPN workers. The workers who receive the religious trip reward are the best workers who have been strictly selected with the parameters set by EPN management.

The 2021 assessment includes Employee Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) factors or occupational health and safety (K3), Personnel Aspects (including Discipline and Years of Service) as well as recommendations from Pertamina Representatives for workers located in the Operations Unit.

The event for giving rewards and releasing the worship trip also presented religious leaders who gave takziah and prayed together. A gathering was held between reward recipients and EPN employees at the head office. So that the recipients can carry out worship solemnly based on their respective beliefs, it is also hoped that these rewards can provide benefits and blessings for the company so that all company operations continue to run well.
