'Elnusa Leader Sharing & Action': New Working Model with University of Sriwijaya

Jakarta, November 3, 2021 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) held the tenth 'Elnusa Leader's Sharing & Action' (ELSA) with Sriwijaya University (UNSRI) virtually (28/10).  Elsa program is carried out continuously as a form of social and environmental responsibility in supporting the policy agenda of Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) Nadiem Anwar Makarim namely 'Merdeka Belajar, Merdeka Campus'. At elsa event with UNSRI which carries the theme "New Working Model" presented speakers from Senior Management Elnusa and in Subsidiaries.

Vice Rector III for Student Affairs and Alumni - Iwan Stia Budi, S.KM. M.Kes in the opening of the event thanked for the implementation of this activity and hoped ELSA activity can bring many benefits and produce other positive cooperation in the future. "Thank you for Elnusa's willingness in providing useful sharing to UNSRI students. The existence of the industrial world also has an influence from the success of education in universities, so that the development of human resources becomes the main focus in order to improve the competitiveness of the nation, "said Iwan.

On this occasion, the Sharing session was filled by two speakers, namely VP of Human Capital Elnusa, Agung Wahidin Wibisana and Director of PT Sigma Cipta Utama, Dian Nugrahaningsih who was one of Elnusa's subsidiaries.

VP of Human Capital Elnusa, Agung Wahidin Wibisana presented the first session material on the 'New working Model' where the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world has been almost 2 years has made the community, government and business people carry out the adaptation process in every aspect of life so that new normal conditions appear and produce a New Working Model that will be applied in the future. "The future of work such as doing a Hybrid Model (a combination of WFO and WFH work) that has been applied to workers is one of the applied results of the New Working Model," agung said.

Meanwhile, Director of PT Sigma Cipta Utama, Dian Nugrahaningsih presented the second session material on 'Professionalism, A Milestone to Build Your Values'. "Although the challenges in today's industrialized world are very strong such as the presence of digital transformation and connections between human beings and fellow systems have been done automatically. The existence of superior and critical human beings is urgently needed and remains a major role. Because basically the technology works just to make it easier.

Through ELSA, it is expected that Elnusa will actively support the acceleration of the growth of superior human resources (HR) needed by the nation by ensuring an inclusive and equitable quality of education.
