Jakarta, 28 September 2021 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) held Elnusa Leader's Sharing & Action (ELSA) activity through virtual to various universities in Indonesia massively. This activity was a form of implementation and a tangible manifestation of Elnusa's commitment in CSR activities in the field of education which refers to ISO 26000: Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The fourth goal is about quality education. ELSA in the 4th week of September (24/9) had the opportunity to do sharing session with Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) with the theme 'Implementation of Digital Transformation in BUMN' which was attended by as many as 410 participants from among students and also the general public.
The event was opened by Ervina Ahyudanari as Vice Dean of Civil Engineering, Planning and Geo-Engineering. Ervina in her speech thanked for the opportunity to share the knowledge and experience that Elnusa has given to ITS students. "Hopefully with this sharing session students can further improve learning agility in the situation of the industrial world that is growing rapidly as it is today," she said.
There were two speakers of Top Management Elnusa including Vice President of Marketing & Sales Elnusa, Yogi Faratodi and Senior Manager of Information System Elnusa, Adi Yatama Adi Guna. Both presented material about the disruption of digital technology, which is a phenomenon that causes changes in the conventional understanding of society with all its activities to digital systems.
Adi Yatama said "It was this disruption that prompted Elnusa to make a leap from the old systems to new ways. Like one form of product that was successfully created, AGNI is an Elnusa corporate innovation program that aims to produce new products by incubation method and acceleration of workers' ideas.
Yogi also added "the impact of the program that successfully built made the mindset of Elnusa workers, especially the IT division, to change. We must be ready to change in such a way that according to the needs and expectations of the company. It's a journey and it's a marathon, we believe digital transformation must be done to maintain the sustainability of Elnusa's business." He said.
ELSA program is one of the CSR programs that is ran regularly in universities until the end of the year. This program is also one of the CSR activities in elnusa's 52nd anniversary series and Elnusa's support the policy agenda of the Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) namely 'Merdeka Belajar, Merdeka Campus'.
