Elnusa Has Again Succeeded in Maintaining the ISO Series in 2022

Jakarta, November 22, 2022 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:ELSA) A leading company providing energy services has again maintained the ISO Series including ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system) certificates, ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management systems), ISO 45001: 2018 (occupational safety and health management system), and ISO 55001:2014 (asset management system) by the PT SGS Indonesia Certification Body through Surveillance audit activities that took place on 11 - 17 November 2022, at Graha Elnusa and several operating areas.

This certification audit proves Elnusa's consistency and diligence in implementing the ISO Series-based Management System, so that the certification that has been achieved can be maintained this year. Audit activities were simultaneously carried out in several Elnusa work environments including, Elnusa Head Office at Graha Elnusa, Balikpapan Office & Warehouse, BSD Warehouse, 2D Multizone Area Buton Seismic Project, EMR-01 Drilling Project East Kalimantan, and Prabumulih SPD O&M Project.

The official opening of the audit was carried out by Elnusa's Operations Director Charles Harianto Lumbantobing, and was attended by Elnusa's Board of Directors and Management. In his remarks, Charles said that through surveillance activities, it is expected to fulfill Elnusa's mission, which always provides Total Solutions through synergy, operational excellence, HSSE, and GCG principles. "Implementation of the ISO Management System at Elnusa has been quite effective." said Charles.

In the audit process, several recommendations need to be followed up to continuously improve and improve the implementation of the ISO Management System, namely the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and Asset Management System.

However, the surveillance audit agenda was closed with good audit conclusions delivered by Lead Auditors Ridwan Cahyono and Rajan, and attended by Elnusa's management which was carried out in a hybrid manner. Integrated Management System (IMS) lead auditor Ridwan Cahyono, said that Elnusa's ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 certificates can be maintained. The lead auditor of the Asset Management System (AMS) Rajan also conveyed the same thing, saying that it was recommended that Elnusa be able to retain the ISO 55001: 2014 certificate.

Charles added, "This surveillance activity is also expected to be able to realize an integrated and synergistic business process 'One Elnusa' within the Elnusa Group and Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, improve services to all stakeholders and bring Elnusa to be excellent as a Leading Energy Services Company that Provides Total Solutions that ultimately be able to support increased domestic oil and gas production.” Charles said.
