Publicity Oil and Gas Services provider PT Elnusa Tbk. won civil accusation against bank mega at the High Court, South Jakarta. Elnusa charges Bank Mega to immediately return Its IDR 111 billion with interest rate of 6 % per year.

Court decided those all of advis deposit evidences, documentation and the facts presented by Elnusa is true and has a legal force.  The Board of Judge considered the importance of a good relationship between bank and its customers should be accomplished by the bank.

Though the cases still ongoing process, Elnusa continuously gains the trust from client/customers, business partners and suppliers with getting new contracts until now. Operation services remain normal and support with commitment for working capital and investment.
