The Company’s commitment to implementing its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts are contained in its Corsec-K.1.3 (Rev.01) policy and is governed by the Corsec-K1.1 Guidelines (Rev.02). This commitment is guided by ISO 26000: Social Responsibility, Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies, and Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012 on Social and Environmental Responsibilities of Limited Liability Companies. For this report, the Company has adopted OJK Regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2016 regarding the annual report for Emiten our public company.
Reported aspects include responsibility for the environment, employment, health and safety, social and community development, and responsibility towards consumers. The information presented is a summary of the Company’s sustainability performance. MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Corporate social responsibility is carried out in a coordinated manner between functions in both the Company and the group. The functions involved include the Operations Division, Human Capital, HSSE, Engineering Center & Quality Management, Corporate Secretary and other related functions. Specifically, CSR management responsibilities related to community involvement and development are in the hands of the Corporate Secretary function.
In 2018, the Company contributed Rp16.4 billion in social investment value. This value represents the value of a social investment in engagement and community development that has been consolidated with the Company’s Subsidiaries.
