Jakarta, 22 July 2022 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) in its mission to increase sustainable business continuity carries out the acceleration of invoicing through Konsinyering with Subholding Upstream (SHU) Group which is held offline in Bandung (13-15/7). The activity was attended by Elnusa Finance Director Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja and 26 Persons in Charge (PIC) who have the authority to carry out the process of signing Service Acceptance from each zone and region that are members of the SHU Group, including Regional 2 (Pertamina EP), Regional 3 (Pertamina EP), Zone 1 (Pertamina EP and Pertamina Rantau), PDSI, Zone 4, (Pertamina EP), Zone 6 (PHE OSES), Zone 7 (Pertamina EP), Zone 8 (Pertamina Hulu Mahakam), Zone 9 (Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga), Zone 10 (Pertamina EP) and Zone 11 (PHE WMO).
Finance Director Elnusa Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, in his speech, conveyed a positive response to the implementation of this konsinyering activity, "I hope that the process of implementing this konsinyering activity can run smoothly and be resolved properly. In addition, through this activity, let us make it a moment of collaboration and harmonization in communication between Subsidiaries in SHU to discuss and open up with each other for the sake of one goal to grow together". Bachtiar said.
This activity is also a collaboration between several internal functions of Elnusa, namely, the Operations Function (Upstream Services and EPC & OM Services), the Controller Function, and the Finance & Treasury Function. The functions that are combined fill each other through their respective roles include preparing reconciliation data that has been recorded in SAP Elnusa, Preparing various documents related to the completion of work in operations, issuing verification invoices and reporting the results of reconciliation after the coordination activities are completed.
The event was closed with an appreciation to SHU Group who had attended and supported this Konsinyering activity by VP of Controller Meljevi Budia. "On behalf of Elnusa Management, I would like to express my gratitude, especially to the PIC of Zone 9, Zone 6, and Zone 1 for their very cooperative cooperation and being able to exceed the targets set in the completion of this reconciliation, besides that this activity also certainly provides great benefits for Elnusa and SHU Group". The results of this consensual activity provide progress on the completion of the realization with achievement of 107.2%. These achievements certainly provide useful results in the future and are expected to be used as a space for improvement to realize even better financial governance for the sustainability of Elnusa's business as well as SHU group and ultimately be able to support Pertamina's aspiration to become a leading global energy company with a market value of USS100B.
