Before joined in PT Elnusa Tbk. since June 21, 2010, he was the General Manager of JOB Pertamina-PetroChina East Java from 2007. He was born in Tanjung Pinang on October 30, 1956. He studied geology in Faculty of Geology, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He started his career as a mud logger in PT Geoprolog and moved to PT Singgar Mulia in Associated with Nippon Coei Co.Ltd before joined PT Pertamina as an exploration staff. In his career he joins some courses, trainings and seminars both local and international. His professional organization memberships are in Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA), American Association of Petroleum Geologist (AAPG) and Indonesian Association of Geologist (IAGI). During his career in PT Pertamina, he got special award such as Dharma Karya Energy and Sumber Daya Madya Award from Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources RI. His paper works published on several oil and gas media and both of local and international oil and gas forum since 1993.
