Customer Satisfaction Survey

Every   year,  the   Company   conducted   a    customer satisfaction  survey  on    the   quality   of   the   services performed.  It is  a  form of evaluation to the Company’s performance. In 2014, the customer satisfaction with the operating performance improved significantly compared to the previous year, automatically increase the customer satisfaction for the Company’s performance.
